Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and vendors for stock availability.
• Train new team members on store operations, customer service, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
• Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store events.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel, toys, baby products, or FMCG.
• Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on public holidays.
