Role

As a Team Manager - Utility, you will be a part of Maintenance department and will report to Section Head of Utilities. Your role will be to Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Utilities) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to
• Execution of day -to day Operations in Utilities
• Diagnosis problem related to Compressors, Diesel Generators, Water treatment Plants, Electrical Sub stations, Hot water generators, Heat Pumps, Solar Plants, Chillers, AHU’s, MHE’s .
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Execution of Energy & Water Balance in line with company requirements.
• Implementing CBM techniques in Utilities, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure

A Day in the life

• Daily MIS Generation and  monitor, control, exercise engineering controls
• Daily monitor, control, exercise engineering controls.
• Daily energy performance monitoring, Controls of energy parameters of equipment, Energy data analytics

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical with 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP- PM
• PLC & SCADA Programming & Diagnoisis ( Siemens , ABB )
• Utility Operation & Maintenance
• Power distribution

Behavioural Skills

• Good people management skills
• Multitasking, Problem Solving and Decision making skills
• Managing Innovation.
