Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Work Location: Branch/Field-Based
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for group loan sourcing, processing, and disbursement as per company policies.
Identify and onboard eligible customers for microfinance group loans.
Conduct field visits and maintain regular interaction with customers and groups.
Handle loan collections and follow-ups from customers within the assigned area.
