About the RoleWe are looking for a specialist chef who is highly skilled in either Biryani or Chole Bhature and can consistently deliver authentic taste and quality in a commercial hospitality environment.

This role is suited for someone who has mastered their speciality and takes pride in consistency, flavour, presentation, and kitchen execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consistently deliver high-quality Biryani or Chole Bhature.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation.
• Follow standardized recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Manage daily preparation, mise en place, and production for the speciality.
• Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
• Control wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Help standardize recipes and preparation methods where required.
• Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
• RequirementsProven professional experience specializing in Biryani OR Chole Bhature.
• Strong understanding of ingredients, spices, preparation techniques, and flavour profiles.
• Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, resort, cloud kitchen, or similar commercial kitchen.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality while handling volume.
• Good kitchen discipline and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service.
• A passion for the speciality and attention to detail.
