Job Description:We are hiring experienced resources for a Service Desk Management (Voice) role with a leading multinational company in Bangalore. The role involves managing service desk functions, acting as a single point of contact for service users, and delivering high-quality customer support across multiple service channels.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions
• Act as the primary point of contact for users reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services
• Provide customer support through voice, digital, self-service, and automated channels
• Ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLA and process guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards

• RequirementsExperience:Technical graduate freshers are eligible
• Education:Graduation is mandatory
• IT graduates preferred with basic troubleshooting knowledge
• Language Requirement:Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proper email etiquette
• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
• Other Requirements:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Work From Office only
