Position: Solar Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive

Field Work

  • 🔹 Job ResponsibilitiesSolar products & solutions ke liye new customers generate karna.
  • Residential, Commercial aur relevant customers ko solar solutions ke baare mein explain karna.
  • Leads ko follow-up karke sales/conversion mein convert karna.
  • Daily basis par assigned sales target achieve karna.
  • Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable solar solution suggest karna.
  • Candidate ko apni daily location update karni hogi.
  • Daily basis par customer details / visit details share karni hongi.
  • Customer meetings, site visits aur follow-ups ko properly manage karna.
  • Sales pipeline aur daily progress ki reporting dena.
  • 🎯 Target & Salary StructureSalary target-based hogi.
  • Salary candidate ke sales target/performance ke according adjustable/reducible hogi.
  • Target achieve karne par additional Incentive diya jayega.
  • High performance par earning potential bhi increase hoga.
  • 👤 Candidate Requirements2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Solar industry / electrical products / real-estate / field sales experience ko preference.
  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Customer dealing aur negotiation skills achhi honi chahiye.
  • Field visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
  • Target-oriented approach honi chahiye.
  • Daily reporting aur customer data maintain karne ki ability.
