Job Description

About the internshipAre you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for organization? We are seeking a dynamic Accounting intern to join our team at Unmanned Autonomy, a cutting-edge technology company revolutionizing the autonomous industry.


Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports using Zoho Books.

2. Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

3. Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.

4. Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

5. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives.

6. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for management.

7. Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
