Location: Hoskote, Bengaluru
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Any Trade)
Experience: Freshers Only

Job Overview
TurtleBytes is hiring enthusiastic freshers for its EV and automobile manufacturing operations at Hoskote client. Candidates will get an opportunity to work in production, vehicle assembly and manufacturing operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI or Diploma in any trade.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 10th / 12th / Any Degree qualification may also be considered, subject to client approval.
- Interest in automobile manufacturing, production and EV technology.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in automobile and electric vehicle manufacturing activities.
- Support production, assembly and related operations.
- Perform basic manufacturing and shop-floor activities.
- Follow production instructions and quality standards.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: ₹19,000
- Attendance Bonus: Additional, as per eligibility.
- Government DBT Benefit: ₹1,500 under the NAPS scheme, subject to eligibility.
- Food: Two free meals during duty.
- Accommodation: Available on request for outstation candidates.
- Transportation: Available for eligible candidates, subject to arrangements.
