Project Lead – Logistics and Warehouse
GreenBridge Logistics | Hosur | Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000–28,000 fixed + ₹10,000–12,000 incentive per month
Experience: 1–5 years
Education: Diploma or graduate
About the role
GreenBridge Logistics runs returnable packaging and inbound logistics for auto and retail companies. We’re starting a new warehouse and milk-run operation in Hosur for an auto-components client, and need someone to run it on the ground.
We’re looking to expand our presence in Hosur, and this role will grow with it, in both salary and position. Based on performance, you’ll also get the chance to build and lead your own team within a short time.
What you’ll do
Run the Hosur warehouse day to day: receive trucks, unload, count and check parts, and repack them into returnable crates
Plan and track daily milk-run deliveries in Hosur, including vehicles, drivers and timings
Track returnable crates sent, returned and damaged
Keep stock accurate (FIFO, daily counts) and handle e-way bills and delivery challans
Supervise loaders and drivers
Coordinate daily with the client’s stores team and our Delhi-NCR team, and share a daily update on WhatsApp or Excel
What we’re looking for
Hands-on warehouse, logistics or in-plant operations experience (auto/manufacturing preferred)
Milk-run or 3PL experience is a plus
Tamil is a must, plus working Hindi or English
Basic Excel and comfortable reporting on WhatsApp
Based in or near Hosur and able to join within 30 days (Immidiate Joiner preffered)
