Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage operations at our ongoing construction project in Hosur. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring construction adheres strictly to structural blueprints, maintaining quality control, and managing labor and materials to meet project deadlines safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure all site workers strictly follow safety protocols.
• Material Management: Estimate daily material requirements, track inventory, and verify the quality of incoming materials.
• Labor Coordination: Manage on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and labor forces efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), measurement sheets, and site logbooks.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify site issues or structural discrepancies early and coordinate with project managers and architects to resolve them.
• Billing Assistance: Assist in checking contractor bills and taking physical site measurements.
