- Responsible for leading the Sky Service Cards team within the inbound contact centre. - Oversee daily operations and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. - Manage team performance, provide guidance, and support to team members. - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. - Ensure adherence to company policies and contact centre protocols. - Facilitate communication between management and frontline staff. - Drive team motivation and productivity to meet organizational goals. - Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex customer queries. - Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans. - Support training and development initiatives for team members.Job role
