Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:

* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.

* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.

* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.

* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.

* Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.

* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.

* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.

* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Candidates are required to obtain a blank Airtel SIM card from their nearest Airtel showroom using the Service Request Number (SRN) provided by the company. The SIM card will be provided mostly free of cost, and no Aadhaar proof is required for obtaining the blank SIM. SIM activation and recharge will be handled by the company.
