Delivery Partner

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and energetic Delivery Partners (Riders, Bikers, and Van Associates) to join our logistics network. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on time from fulfillment hubs, restaurants, or dark stores directly to customer doorsteps. Whether operating a two-wheeler or driving a commercial delivery van, you will serve as the final face of our brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Load, secure, and transport goods (parcels, fresh food, groceries, or bulk packages) from the dispatch point to designated delivery locations.
• Navigation & Routing: Use smartphone GPS applications to plan the most time-efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers politely upon delivery, verify identities when necessary, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Payment Processing: Securely collect and manage customer payments, including digital UPI transactions and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• App Utilization: Maintain active logging on the delivery partner mobile application to update order statuses (e.g., picked up, en route, delivered) in real time.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections (checking fuel/battery, brakes, and tire pressure) and report any mechanical issues immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years or older.
• Education: No formal educational degree required; basic reading and writing literacy is sufficient.
• Communication: Ability to read road signs and understand basic instructions on smartphone apps.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, heat, cold) and lift/carry delivery bags or boxes.

Key Skills & Performance Metrics

• Punctuality: Ensuring deliveries are completed within the designated time frames.
• Safety First: Strict adherence to local traffic rules, speed limits, and wearing mandatory safety gear (Helmets for Bikers; Seatbelts for Van Associates).
• Problem-Solving: Capability to handle delivery delays, address discrepancies, or locate hard-to-find addresses by coordinating with customer support.
