Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and hardworking Factory Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, manage manpower, monitor production, and ensure smooth workflow on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day factory-floor operations.

* Allocate work to workers and ensure effective utilization of manpower.

* Monitor daily work progress and ensure assigned production targets are achieved.

* Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to workplace procedures.

* Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

* Coordinate with workers and relevant departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

* Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned senior or management in a timely manner.

* Maintain accurate records related to production, attendance, manpower, and daily operations.

* Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials, tools, equipment, and other resources.

* Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness across the factory floor.

* Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.

* Assist in resolving routine manpower and operational issues effectively.

* Guide and supervise workers to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.

* Prepare and submit daily operational updates and reports as required by management.

* Support senior management in achieving production, productivity, quality, and operational objectives
