Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Handle inbound enquiries received through B2B portals and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Assist in promoting and selling company products.

Customer & Order Management

1. Coordinate with existing customers to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
2. Follow up with customers regarding product requirements and satisfaction.
3. Maintain proper records of customer orders and transactions.

Retail Sales Operations

1. Support retail sales activities at company premises.
2. Provide product information and assist walk-in customers.
3. Ensure excellent customer service standards.

Logistics & Fleet Coordination

1. Communicate with vehicle operators and transport personnel for smooth movement of goods.
2. Monitor dispatches, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
3. Resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation

1. Maintain and update daily operational reports on Google Drive and company systems.
2. Prepare sales, inventory, dispatch, and business activity reports.
3. Ensure proper record keeping and documentation.

Finance & Inventory Coordination

1. Track goods supplied and received.
2. Coordinate payment follow-ups and basic financial records.
3. Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.

Supplier Management

1. Coordinate with suppliers regarding procurement and product availability.
2. Develop healthy vendor relationships.
3. Conduct supplier visits when required to ensure smooth business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms.
3. Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
4. Willingness to travel locally for supplier and customer visits.
5. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
6. Experience in sales, operations, logistics, or customer service will be an added advantage.
