Production / Manufacturing Head

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Incharge to oversee daily manufacturing operations, shop floor activities, and task production workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while adhering to stringent quality, safety, and material standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Production Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production tasks and assembly workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment and project delivery.

 Quality & Standard Compliance: Enforce compliance with relevant industrial standards (such as IS, EN, and BS specifications) and monitor material quality and load test reports.

 Resource & Inventory Management: Coordinate raw material usage, optimize resource allocation on the shop floor, and prevent bottlenecks in manufacturing.

 Team Supervision: Direct factory workers, machine operators, and support staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.

 Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs of production output, machine performance, and workforce productivity, reporting directly to management.

 Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues, material defects, or operational delays to minimize downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Proven experience as a Production Incharge, Floor Manager, or similar role within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial plant setting.

 Strong technical understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, shop floor machinery, and quality control standards.

 Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and project bills of materials.
