Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
* Assist the Reporting Manager in managing Domestic & International customers, leads, and customer communications.
* Handle sample dispatch, feedback, order booking, customer data, and payment follow-ups as per company policy.
* Manage assigned JS Portfolio customers and resolve customer issues while maintaining strong relationships.
* Coordinate with R&D, Sales Support, Office and Sales Executives to ensure timely sample issuance and order dispatch.
* Handle telephonic enquiries, maintain enquiry records, and support lead generation activities.
* Coordinate product-development requirements, incoming parcels, operational activities, and related documentation.
* Monitor CCTV at the stock point, report abnormalities, and execute sales processes/responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
