Job Description

  • Job Description – Sales & MarketingCustomer enquiry handling and client coordination.
  • Quotation preparation and timely submission.
  • Regular quotation follow-up and order conversion.
  • Customer relationship management and new client development.
  • Order confirmation and supply/delivery follow-up.
  • Coordination with Purchase, Engineering, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
  • Customer complaint and after-sales coordination.
  • Maintaining enquiry, quotation and order records and submitting regular sales reports.
