Female Jewellery Showroom Staff cum Video Content Presenter

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (final amount decided after interview)

About Us: Al Gelani Jewellers is a trusted jewellery brand in Howrah, offering pure, BIS certified gold, diamond and silver jewellery since 1997. We have showrooms in Bankra, Andul, Metiabruz and Domjur. We are looking for a confident, presentable female team member to join our Bankra showroom.
Job DescriptionThe main part of this role is presenting jewellery on camera. During the rest of the day, you will assist customers in the showroom.
Video and content responsibilities
- Appear on camera for jewellery try-on and showcase videos (necklaces, rings, bangles, earrings, bridal sets, etc.)
- Explain each piece clearly and confidently, covering the design, occasion and special features
- Coordinate with the social media team and be ready for regular shoots
- Present new collections and festive or wedding offers in an attractive, engaging way
Showroom responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand what they are looking for
- Show jewellery and suggest designs according to the customer's taste and budget
- Answer customer questions politely and professionally
- Keep the counter and displays neat and well arranged
- Support senior staff with day-to-day showroom tasks
- Requirements:
- Confident and fluent on camera, able to explain products clearly in videos
- Bengali: fluent (required)
- Hindi: comfortable
- English: average
- Freshers are welcome; 6 months of experience is preferred
- Presentable and friendly personality
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic social media
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion or retail is a plus

Location and Commute:
Our showroom is at Bankra Dotala More, with easy connectivity from Howrah, Domjur and Howrah Maidan. To keep the daily commute short, we prefer candidates from nearby areas such as Bankra, Andul, Domjur, Sankrail, Santragachi, Salkia, Liluah, Belur, Howrah Maidan and Howrah Station.
