Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per the assigned database.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and customers to convert enquiries into sales or appointments.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM or calling system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for successful lead conversion and customer service.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with every customer.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned supervisor or department.
- Prepare daily/weekly call and performance reports as required.
- Follow company policies, calling scripts, and data privacy guidelines.
