Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Support representative to join ourvoice chat team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via live chat
- Handle occasional voice calls (inbound/outbound)
- Resolve issues and provide solutions
- Meet customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills -English
- Typing speed: 30 wpm
- Prior chat/voice support experience preferred
Shift Timings:
-US SHIFT
Training:
- 2 weeks classroom training ( Day shift training)
