Job Description

  • Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and monitor staff attendance, duties, and performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and room readiness.
  • Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain daily operational reports and records.
  • Monitor staff discipline and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Check room status and ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operations and staff coordination.
