Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Turning, VMC, or other CNC machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and components.
- Set and operate the machine as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Perform basic tool setting and offset adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure proper production output.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components meet required dimensions and quality standards.
- Identify machining defects and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and machine-related documentation.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety, quality, and shop-floor procedures.
