Job Description

Designation: Processing Staff / Loader / Pickup Staff

NTH (Net Take Home): ₹11,000 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000

Criteria: 26 days present + 4 weekly offs

Any leave, medical leave, or absence will make the employee ineligible for the attendance bonus.

Day Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Night Allowance: ₹120 per night

OT Allowance: ₹50 per hour

ESIC & PF: Available

Weekly Off: 4 weekly offs per month

Leave: 2 leaves are credited every month.

First 3 Months: No leave can be availed during the first 3 months.

Payable Leave: Up to 5 leaves per month are payable.

Absconding Policy: If an employee remains absent for 3 consecutive days without informing the management, it will be considered absconding, and the employee ID will be deactivated.
