Job Title: Field Service Engineer for CNC router Machine

Department: MACHINE SERVICE (ELECTRICAL)

Reports To: Service Manager / Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshoo􀆟ng, and repairing CNC

Router, CO2 Laser, Fiber Laser machine at customer sites. The role involves hands-on technical work,

customer interac􀆟on, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibili􀆟es

 Install, test, and commission Machine/equipment at customer loca􀆟ons.

 Perform rou􀆟ne maintenance and preventa􀆟ve servicing.

 Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults

 Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns

 Provide technical support and training to customers

 Complete service reports and documenta􀆟on accurately

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

 Communicate effec􀆟vely with customers and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifica􀆟ons

 Diploma, degree, or ITI training in Machine/engineering (electrical, mechanical, electronic, or

related field)

 Strong problem-solving and troubleshoo􀆟ng skills

 Ability to read technical manuals, schema􀆟cs, and drawings

 Good communica􀆟on and customer service skills

 Willingness to travel and work on-site on very short no􀆟ce.

 Basic computer skills for repor􀆟ng and diagnos􀆟cs.

Referred Skills if You are Experience

 Experience in field service or maintenance roles

 Knowledge of PLCs, automa􀆟on, or industrial equipment

 Time management and ability to work independently

Working Condi􀆟ons

 Frequent travel to customer sites

 May require working flexible hours or on-call shi􀅌s

 Combina􀆟on of indoor and outdoor work environments.

Salary with Benefits

 FOR FRESHER OR EXPERIENCE (0-1 YEAR): Rs.12,000.00/months s􀆟pend for 1st 6months of

provision period, after compilation of provision it depend on your performance.

 FOR EXPERIENCE (1-3 year): Rs.14,000.00 to 18,000.00/months depend on right candidate.

 Accommodation: Share lodging, lunch & dinner will be provided by company at nominal

charges of Rs.10.00/each/day.

 Travell bill & total accommoda􀆟on will be provided by company during visit of site.

 Company will provide mobile bill.
