Our client organization committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our clients. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our customer base.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls, engage with prospective clients, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly persuasive, and capable of understanding customer requirements to pitch our offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.

Understand customer needs and offer the best-suited solutions.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve any doubts professionally.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call records and notes.

Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or an Inside Sales role.

* Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM) is a plus.

* Language: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (knowledge of English is an added advantage).

* Gender: Any (Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply).

Attitude: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejections politely.

Job Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Salary: Starting from ₹13,000 per month up to ₹18,000 (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be negotiated based on experience, skills, and previous performance)
