Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting work.
- Manage accounts receivable and customer outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Maintain customer ledgers and accounting records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Handle basic accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare payment and outstanding reports.
- Support GST and other general accounting activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
- Good communication and customer coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
Experience: 1–3 Years
