Job Description

  1. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and day-to-day financial transactions.
  2. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
  3. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash and bank balances.
  4. Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
  5. Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements.
  6. Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
  7. Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, vouchers, and other financial records.
  8. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
  9. Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
  10. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
