Performance Incentives: ₹10,000+ per month, based on performance

Working HoursTotal Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Fixed Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST (4 hours)
• Flexible Shift: Remaining 4 hours, scheduled according to demo-class timings, parent availability, follow-up calls, and business requirements.

The timing of the flexible shift may vary depending on the dates and scheduled demos, as well as the availability of parents. Candidates must be comfortable working flexible hours and adjusting their schedules when required. Demo classes and follow-ups may be scheduled on weekends and holidays.

About LearnOn AcademyLearnOn Academy provides personalised 1-on-1 live online tutoring in Mathematics, Science, and English for students in Grades 1–12. We serve families in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK and are looking for a confident, result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can convert demo-class enquiries into paid enrolments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend online demo classes alongside teachers and parents.
• Pitch LearnOn Academy’s courses and explain teaching methods, schedules, and fee packages.
• Communicate professionally with parents from the USA and Canada.
• Handle parents’ questions, objections, and concerns to encourage enrolment.
• Make calling and follow-up calls to interested parents.
• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp messages until payment is received.
• Coordinate demo scheduling and confirmations with parents and teachers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up trackers.
• Work towards enrolment targets and improve enquiry-to-payment conversions.
• Required SkillsExcellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, sales pitching, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Basic understanding of Mathematics, Science, and English for Grades 1–12.
• Confidence in communicating with international parents and explaining educational services.
• Ability to build trust and convert interested parents into paying customers.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, admission counselling, or EdTech is preferred.
• A laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet working environment are required.
• CompensationFixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month.
• Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 or more per month, depending on successful enrolments and sales performance. There is no fixed upper limit on incentives; high-performing candidates may earn more than ₹10,000.
