Job Description
Job Title: AI Automation Manager (AI Agents + Digital Marketing)
Company: Vivek Industries / Vivaan Impex (packaging business)
Location: Qutbullapur Road, near Suchitra Circle, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana
Timings: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Gender: Male / Female
Job Type: Full-time, work from office
About the Role
We want someone who uses AI to automate the daily office work our staff does today, and who also handles our digital marketing with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Study daily office tasks (billing, follow-ups, data entry, reports, customer replies) and automate them with AI agents
- Build and manage AI agents using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier
- Automate work on WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email and other office tools
- Create posters, product creatives and ads using AI tools (Canva, Midjourney, etc.)
- Make short videos and reels using AI video tools (CapCut, HeyGen, Runway, etc.)
- Schedule and auto-post ads and content on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Run and track Meta / Google ads
- Train staff to use the AI tools and agents
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations
- Good knowledge of AI tools for video, image and ad creation
- Social media marketing and ad posting experience
- Good with Google Sheets / Excel
- Good communication in English, Hindi or Telugu
Good to Have
- Basic coding (Python / Apps Script)
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading business
Qualification: Any graduate (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MBA preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years
