Position: Assistant Operations Manager – South

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Operations Manager

*Job Purpose*

To support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across

assigned sites in South India, while maintaining service quality, manpower efficiency,

client satisfaction, and operational discipline.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations across assigned sites and ensure

smooth service delivery.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, facility teams, and employees to ensure

adequate manpower and attendance.

• Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor housekeeping, hygiene,

grooming, discipline, and service standards.

• Handle client meetings, feedback, complaints, and operational escalations

professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure proper deployment, training, performance monitoring, and discipline of

operational staff.

• Monitor manpower requirements, absenteeism,replacements, and staff

retention.

• Ensure availability and proper utilization of uniforms, cleaning materials,

equipment, and other operational resources.

• Maintain operational reports, attendance records, site visit reports, and other

required MIS.

• Coordinate with HR and other internal departments regarding recruitment,

employee issues, compliance, payroll, and manpower requirements.

• Support the Operations Managerin implementing company policies, SOPs, and

client-specific requirements.

• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions with properfollow-up.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships

with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 4–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Hospitality /

Housekeeping Operations.

• Strong manpower handling and team management skills.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to travel to assigned sites as required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.

• Should be disciplined, accountable, proactive, and result-oriented.
