Business Development Executive (BDE)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Targeted Database Outreach: We will provide a curated master CSV list of specific schools and colleges. Your job is to personally visit the local Hyderabad venues on this list, make phone calls to the outstation ones, and strictly log their official feedback and responses in our tracking sheet [1.1].

2. Local Field Visits (Hyderabad): Physically visit the assigned local music & dance colleges and premium schools on our list to pitch our national "Best Performer Award" directly to HODs and Dance Gurus.

3. Pan-India Calling (Remote): Call and email outstation institutions from our database from your workspace.

4. Event Coordination: Manage live Google Meet rooms, track registrations against school codes, and coordinate backend student portfolio uploads over the event weekend (Sept 12-13).

Mandatory Requirements:

1.Must reside in Hyderabad / Secunderabad.

2.MUST own a functional Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter)

with a valid driving license.

3.MUST own a personal Laptop to manage our tracking Google Sheets.

Fluent in professional English and Telugu (verbal and written).

Exact Remuneration Breakdown:

Fixed Base Pay: 3,000 (Released after list completion and data logging).Minimum 30 registrations

Fuel & Travel Allowance: 1,000 flat added to cover your petrol expenses for venue visits.

Performance Bonus: Extra 2,000 cash bonus for every batch of 20 paid student registrations generated through your tracked school codes! (Uncapped earnings).
