Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. This is a field-based role, and the candidate will be required to travel to customers' locations to inspect, service, and repair vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations to provide on-site car servicing and repair support.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in vehicles.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to engines, brakes, suspension, and other components.
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Use tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer visits and job completion.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Previous work experience as a Car Mechanic is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
- Must possess a valid driving licence for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Practical knowledge of car servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Willingness to travel to customers' homes/locations for field assignments.
