About Handover Expert:Handover Expert is a professional home inspection and consulting firm helping homebuyers ensure quality, safety, and compliance before property handover. We specialize in identifying construction defects and guiding clients with transparent, standards-based inspections.

Job Summary:We are looking for a Site Engineer to conduct residential home inspections during handover and pre-possession stages. The role involves on-site quality checks, defect identification, report preparation, and client coordination.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct pre-handover and handover inspections for apartments and villas
• Check civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and basic MEP works
• Identify construction defects as per BIS / NBC standards
• Use inspection tools (laser level, spirit level, moisture meter, etc.)
• Capture site photos and videos for reporting
• Prepare inspection reports accurately and on time
• Explain defects clearly to clients on site
• Coordinate with internal team for scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain professionalism while dealing with builders and clients
• Ensure inspection quality and brand standards are maintained
• Required Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with site exposure can apply)
• Basic knowledge of residential construction and finishing works
• Ability to travel to multiple sites daily
• Valid two-wheeler license preferred
• Skills & Competencies:Strong observation and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English preferred)
• Willingness to learn inspection standards and tools
• Professional attitude and discipline
• Ability to work independently on site
• Tools & Training:Training on inspection process and standards will be provided
