Timings: 4:00 AM–8:00 AM & 7:30 PM–11:30 PM IST

Salary: ₹12,000–₹14,000/month, depending on experience

• Key Responsibilities Monitor daily online classes and ensure both teacher and student join on time.
• Check that classes are running smoothly and teachers are conducting classes properly.
• Monitor homework and tests — ensure teachers assign homework, students submit it, and tests are conducted as required.
• Monitor teacher performance and report any issues.
• Assist with new teacher and new student onboarding, ensuring they understand schedules, class procedures, and requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling between parents, students, and teachers.
• Handle communication with parents and teachers regarding classes, attendance, and schedule changes.
• Maintain records of attendance, homework, tests, rescheduled classes, and teacher performance.
• Follow up on pending tasks and escalate issues to management.
• Requirements Good English communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating with parents, students, and teachers.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and online teaching platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection required.
• Must have a quiet, noise-free working environment during both working shifts.
