Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary -

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate will interact with parents and clients, explain our services and ongoing projects, coordinate office meetings, manage follow-ups, and help convert enquiries into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle incoming enquiries and connect with prospective clients and parents.
• Explain company services, including television commercials, e-commerce shoots, digital advertisements, portfolio shoots, and other production-related opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and office visits.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and packages.
• Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the Talent Manager, CRM team, and production department to ensure smooth client handling.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide clear and professional communication regarding project details, deliverables, timelines, and applicable charges.
• Assist with client feedback, issue resolution, and post-service follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, counselling, hospitality, education, or client relationship management will have an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English. Knowledge of multiple local languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
