Job Description

QUALIFICATION

  • ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 10 years in CNC Turning Programming.
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defence manufacturing preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, Turn-Mill, Fanuc controls, tooling and precision machining.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and optimise CNC programs for CNC Turning and Turn-Mill machines.
  • Plan tooling, machining processes, and machine setups.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times.
  • Lead and support a team of CNC Turning Operators.
  • Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.
