Job Description

- Call customers with overdue loan accounts and negotiate for payment recovery.  

- Follow up on payment commitments and update collection status in CRM.  

- Handle customer objections professionally while adhering to RBI/FPC guidelines.  

- Maintain daily call/collection targets and prepare MIS reports.  

- Coordinate with field agents for cases requiring on-ground support.
