Job Title: COLLECTION TELECALLER (FRESHER)

Location: 2nd floor, My Home Tycoon, Lifestyle Stores, Begumpet Rd,Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016

Employment Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

- Politely communicate payment details and due dates to customers.

- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.

- Handle customer queries related to outstanding amounts and payment status.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Meet daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the team.

- Escalate customer concerns or complex cases to the Team Leader when required.

- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and collection guidelines.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

- Good listening and convincing skills.

- Willingness to work with targets.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
