✅ DRA Certified Collection Executives – 150 Openings

✅ Non-DRA Collection Executives – 50 Openings

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate (10+2) or above
• Experience in Collections & Recovery is mandatory (6 Months)
• DRA Certification required for DRA positions
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up on repayment commitments and pending dues.
• Handle collection and recovery calls professionally.
• Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Working Hours

🕒 Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

🕒 Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
