Customer Support Quality Analyst

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Quality Analyst to review customer-service work for an international e-commerce account.

This is a part-time, work-from-home role, approximately 3 to 4 hours per day.

Freshers are welcome. Previous QA or customer-support experience is useful, but not mandatory. We are more interested in good written English, attention to detail, common sense, reliability and analytical thinking.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer emails and support conversations handled by agents
• Check whether the customer’s issue was properly understood
• Verify whether previous messages and case history were read carefully
• Check whether the response given was accurate, clear and professional
• Verify whether required internal actions were actually completed
• Check internal notes, tags and escalations
• Identify missed information or unnecessary questions
• Identify cases where the agent replied correctly but failed to complete an internal task
• Spot repeated mistakes or performance patterns
• Maintain simple QA records
• Provide clear feedback explaining what was wrong and what should have been done instead
• Escalate serious or repeated issues when required

ImportantThis role is not only about checking grammar or spelling.

A response may be well written but still be handled incorrectly if the agent:

• misunderstood the customer
• failed to read earlier messages
• forgot an internal action
• did not leave a required note
• missed an escalation
• failed to tag the relevant person
• asked for information already provided

We need someone who can understand the complete situation and use practical judgment.

• Comfortable learning web-based tools

Experience in customer support, email support, BPO, e-commerce, Shopify, QA, ticket auditing or virtual assistance will be an advantage.

Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
