About Us:

Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works makes traditional hand-blocked and hand-painted Kalamkari textiles. We sell to retail, wholesale and corporate customers. We are growing our online sales, and Instagram is one of our key lead sources.

Role Summary:

You will be the first point of contact for customers who message or call us after seeing our Instagram page, reels or ads. You will respond quickly, understand what the customer needs, share the right products and prices, follow up, and convert enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to every new Instagram lead (DM, comment, or phone/WhatsApp enquiry) within specific time.
• Call and WhatsApp leads to understand their requirement: product, quantity, budget, occasion and delivery location.
• Share catalogues, designs, fabric details, prices and photos or videos, and explain what makes Kalamkari special.
• Separate retail buyers from wholesale or bulk buyers, and route bulk enquiries to the wholesale team.
• Follow up on every lead until it converts or is clearly closed, including same-day follow-ups on new leads.
• Take orders, confirm payment details and coordinate dispatch with the production and dispatch team.
• Tag every lead with the INS code so that repeat customers go back to the right executive.
• Handle queries on delivery, returns and order status politely.
• Pass on customer feedback and frequently requested designs to the design and production team.
• Work towards monthly lead-conversion and sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (a marketing or sales background is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, e-commerce or social media sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi, with working English.
• Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and calling and chatting with customers.
• Confident, polite and persuasive, and able to close a sale.
• Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets or a CRM.
• Interest in textiles, fashion or handloom is a strong advantage.
