FEMALE TELCALLER (CLINIC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls and patient enquiries regarding appointments and clinic services

• Call back patients who enquire through our social media campaigns and online leads

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and clinic visits

• Explain basic clinic information clearly and encourage interested patients to schedule a consultation

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups and appointments

• Welcome patients warmly when they arrive at the clinic

• Assist and guide patients during their clinic visit

• Accompany patients with their files to the OPD/consultation area when required

• Coordinate between patients, doctors and clinic staff

• Assist with general front-office and day-to-day clinic activities

• Be willing to multitask and help the team wherever required

Candidates with previous experience in hospital/clinic front office, telecalling, patient coordination, customer care or healthcare lead management will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.

Training will be provided for the first few days regarding our clinic services, common patient enquiries, appointment handling and telephone communication until the candidate is confident enough to handle calls independently.
