Job Description

We are looking for an F&B Captain who can manage & Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and other food & beverage service outlets. Lead, train, and guide service staff to ensure efficient and professional guest service. Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Take and coordinate guest orders accurately with the kitchen and bar teams. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per company policies. Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct among the service team. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or Resort Management from time to time.
