About the Role

MyRewardsPay is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and work on the development and enhancement of our digital payments and rewards platform.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in .NET/C#, Flutter, API development and databases, with an interest in building real-world mobile and web applications.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MyRewardsPay mobile and web applications

Build and maintain backend services using .NET / ASP.NET Core and C#

Develop and integrate REST APIs

Develop mobile features using Flutter

Work with React / React Native for frontend requirements

Integrate third-party APIs and services

Work with databases and transaction-related data

Implement new features and improve existing functionality

Identify and resolve bugs and production issues

Perform testing and debugging

Optimize application performance and reliability

Work closely with the team on new product requirements

⭐ Good to Have

Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:

Digital Wallet applications

Recharge applications

Bill Payment platforms

Payment Gateway / UPI integrations

Payment or transaction APIs

Webhooks and callback handling

FinTech applications

Admin dashboards

Transaction reconciliation

Azure or other cloud platforms

FinTech/payment experience is NOT mandatory. Strong development and API skills are more important.

✔ Has hands-on experience with Flutter / Dart
