Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, assigning daily tasks, managing inventory, addressing guest requests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff.
- Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor performance.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
- Ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
