About the Role

We are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter / HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our sweets business and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and production staff.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Recruit Store Managers, Salesmen/Sales Executives, and Sweet Production Staff.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate interviews with management and store teams.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.

Coordinate with store and production teams to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

Experience in retail, FMCG, food, sweets, hospitality, or similar industries is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Candidates with experience in high-volume recruitment will be preferred.
