Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of our HR function and help us build a productive, efficient and positive workplace culture.

The primary objective of this role is to improve employee efficiency and productivity, identify talent gaps, develop employees and build a strong organisation culture.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Understand employee roles and identify productivity and efficiency gaps.
• Work with managers to improve employee performance.
• Support KRA and performance management processes.
• Identify training and skill-development requirements.
• Identify high performers and support their growth.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances and employee relations.
• Build employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Develop and implement practical HR policies and processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.
• Support retention and reduce avoidable employee attrition.
• Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
• Help create a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Who We Are Looking For2–3 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in a startup, SME or growing organisation preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and employee-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Practical and people-oriented approach.
• Someone who is approachable but firm when required.
• Should be comfortable working directly with management and taking ownership.

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
