Jewellery Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jewellery Store Head / Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of a jewellery showroom.

A customer-focused, commercially driven professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to manage high-value jewellery inventory while consistently achieving business objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
• Ensure smooth functioning of sales, billing, customer service, and inventory management.
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer footfall.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and repeat business.
• Promote gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstone jewellery based on the store's product portfolio
• Monitor jewellery stock, including gold, diamond, silver, and other precious jewellery.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation, physical verification, and inventory documentation.
• Oversee stock transfers, product tagging, and inventory records.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, pilferage, and operational risks.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives, cashiers, and support staff.
• Allocate responsibilities, prepare duty schedules, and monitor employee performance.
• Conduct product training, sales coaching, and regular performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Supervise billing, cash handling, payment reconciliation, and daily sales closing.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, exchanges, and customer transactions.
• Maintain strict security protocols for high-value inventory.
• Ensure compliance with applicable hallmarking, invoicing, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Deliver premium customer service and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Maintain customer databases and support loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regional management, merchandising, finance, and head office teams.
• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Marketing is preferred.
• Relevant experience in jewellery retail, showroom management, or luxury retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, sales processes, inventory control, and customer handling.
