Job Title: Laundry Supervisor (Operations In-charge)

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a commercial laundry or dry-cleaning unit, with at least 1 year as a supervisor. Freshers will not be considered.

Education: 10th / 12th pass or above (hotel or laundry operations background preferred)

Languages: Hindi, Telugu and/or basic English

About the role

We need an experienced laundry supervisor to run day-to-day operations of our commercial laundry. This is not a housekeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Plan staff shifts and manage attendance and workload
• Oversee linen production (washing, drying, ironing, folding) and keep it on time and to quality standards
• Handle retail garment orders from receiving and tagging through to delivery
• Run and supervise dry cleaning and steam press work
• Manage delivery and pickup schedules
• Do routine machine maintenance and coordinate repairs with technicians
• Control stock of chemicals, detergents and packing material
• Handle customer complaints and keep stains, damage and losses to a minimum

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of washers, dryers, flatwork ironers, steam presses and dry-cleaning machines
• Good understanding of fabric care and stain removal
• Proven experience leading a team
• Willing to work in shifts and to live on-site

काम के बारे में

हमें अपनी कमर्शियल लॉन्ड्री का रोज़ का पूरा काम संभालने के लिए एक अनुभवी लॉन्ड्री सुपरवाइज़र चाहिए। यह हाउसकीपिंग की नौकरी नहीं है।

ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• स्टाफ की शिफ्ट बनाना, हाज़िरी और काम का बंटवारा संभालना
• लिनन प्रोडक्शन (धुलाई, सुखाई, इस्त्री, फोल्डिंग) की निगरानी और समय पर, अच्छी क्वालिटी में काम पूरा करवाना
• रिटेल कपड़ों के ऑर्डर को लेने और टैगिंग से लेकर डिलीवरी तक संभालना
• ड्राई क्लीनिंग और स्टीम प्रेस का काम करना और करवाना
• डिलीवरी और पिकअप का शेड्यूल संभालना
• मशीनों का रोज़ाना रखरखाव करना और रिपेयर के लिए टेक्नीशियन से तालमेल रखना
• केमिकल, डिटर्जेंट और पैकिंग सामान का स्टॉक संभालना
• ग्राहकों की शिकायतें सुलझाना और दाग, नुकसान व कपड़े खोने की घटनाएँ कम रखना

योग्यता

• वॉशर, ड्रायर, फ्लैटवर्क आयरनर, स्टीम प्रेस और ड्राई-क्लीनिंग मशीनों का हाथों-हाथ अनुभव
• कपड़ों की देखभाल और दाग हटाने की अच्छी जानकारी
• टीम संभालने का अनुभव
• शिफ्ट में काम करने और साइट पर रहने के लिए तैयार
