Laundry Operations Supervisor

• # 🚨 Hiring: Laundry Operations Supervisor
• **3C Laundry | Full-Time | ₹30,000/month**+Incentive Upto ₹3000/Per Month Performance Incentive
• We are looking for a **strong, responsible and experienced Laundry Operations Supervisor** who can independently manage our laundry operations and a team of **15 employees**.
• This is **not just a staff-supervision role**. The person we hire will be responsible for running the daily operation and maintaining our standards even when the owner is not present.

### Your Responsibilities

• **1. Daily Production**
• * Plan and control the complete laundry process:
•  **Weighing → Sorting → Inspection → Stain Removal → Washing → Drying → Ironing → Counting → Delivery**
• * Ensure all orders are completed on time.
• * Allocate staff according to workload.
• * Identify production bottlenecks and solve them quickly.

• **2. Quality & Accuracy**
• * Ensure proper inspection and stain-removal procedures.
• * Check washing, drying and ironing quality.
• * Ensure correct counting and prevent missing/wrong items.
• * Identify and correct mistakes before delivery.
• * Ensure all laundry SOPs are followed.

• **3. Staff Management**
• * Manage a team of 15 employees.
• * Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
• * Maintain discipline and productivity.
• * Allocate work and hold employees accountable.
• * Train staff on SOPs and correct procedures.
• * Take appropriate action when employees repeatedly fail to meet standards.

• **4. Machine & Equipment**
• * Monitor all major laundry machines.
• * Identify machine problems early.
• * Report breakdowns immediately and coordinate repairs.
• * Minimize unnecessary machine downtime.
• * Ensure operators follow correct machine procedures.

• **5. Daily Reporting**
• You must provide a clear daily report covering:
• * Production completed
• * Pending work
• * Quality issues
• * Rewash/rework
• * Staff attendance
• * Machine problems
• * Delivery status
• * Important incidents/problems
• * Actions taken

• ### Authority

• The supervisor will have **real operational authority**.

• You are expected to make day-to-day decisions without constantly asking the owner for instructions.

• You must be able to **run the laundry independently when the owner is away.**
